Processing times

Your orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Rates and delivery times by country

Available pick-up point networks: Mondial Relay (France, Belgium) · Inpost (Spain).

* Free shipping applies exclusively to pick-up point deliveries.

Areas not covered by standard rates

Deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Malta, Cyprus and French overseas territories are not included in our standard rates. Please contact our customer service team for a personalised quote.

Returns

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return it — without having to give any reason.

Return conditions

To be accepted, all returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, undamaged and clean
• With original tags intact
• In their original packaging, undamaged
• Sent back no later than 14 days after return notification

Items excluded from the right of return

In accordance with European regulations (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Underwear, tights and hair accessories (hygiene reasons, once packaging has been opened)
• Personalised or made-to-measure items
• Outlet or promotional items

Subsidised return costs

* Return shipping costs and logistics are the sole responsibility of the customer, who must arrange the entire shipment independently.

* For these destinations, we recommend using a tracked postal service.

Refund

Once your parcel has been received and inspected, your return will be processed as soon as possible. The refund is issued in the form of a store credit voucher (exchange code) for the value of the returned item(s), valid on dansezvous.eu, within a maximum of 14 days of parcel receipt.

Store credit voucher — terms of use

• Valid for 2 months from the date of issue
• Single use only, online exclusively, on dansezvous.eu
• Non-extendable, non-refundable, no change given

Defective item / Wrong item received

Did you receive a defective or incorrect item? Contact us within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and photos of the item concerned.
